New York/Los Gatos – Warner Bros Discovery has opened the door to a takeover by Paramount Skydance and put Netflix under pressure. The board said on Tuesday that Paramount’s revised offer of $31 per share could lead to a better result than the previously agreed merger with the streaming market leader. Although no final decision has been made yet, discussions will continue. Netflix now has four days to improve its offer.
