- 2 ripe kiwis,
- a large handful of parsley, without thick stalks,
- 250 ml of water or coconut water,
- 2 tablespoons of lemon or lime juice,
- a teaspoon of grated ginger or a thin slice of fresh ginger,

Preparation method:
- Rinse and dry the parsley thoroughly, peel the kiwi and cut it into smaller pieces.
