TV Alesp employees are not receiving salaries – 02/26/2026 – Panel

Employees who worked at the company have not received their salaries for December and January this year.

The. In addition to delayed salaries, employees also fear that they will not receive their severance pay.

Fundac, whose clients include the STF, Senado and TV Câmara, is under judicial intervention precisely due to its history of default.

Sérgio Ipoldo, director of the Union of Workers in Radio and Television Companies, says that almost 120 Fundac employees who provided services for TV Alesp are not receiving their January salaries, while another 15 employees are also collecting their December salaries.

“Regarding the December payroll, Fundac says it didn’t have the money to pay everyone,” says Ipoldo. “And the thirteenth salary was only paid on December 24th by Alesp itself, after a lot of pressure from the union and employees.”

Despite having paid the 13th salary, Alesp said, in a note, that Fundac is responsible for paying the terminations.

“The House informs that this is a legal obligation of Fundac towards the workers, which must also be approved by trade unions, since the foundation correctly received the amounts for the work carried out on a monthly basis”, says a note from Alesp.

In January, a court decision blocked the transfer that Alesp should have made to Fundac due to debts with a bank.

Alesp is trying to reverse the blockade, claiming that employees have priorities to ensure their own livelihood.

“Despite not being a party to the process, Alesp’s legal attorney, sensitive to the workers’ issue, submitted a request for reconsideration to the Court arguing that, if there is no judicial blockage, it will pay the employees directly as it has already done with the workers’ 13th salary in 2025”, says the note.

The Sigliano Advogados office, Fundac’s judicial administrator appointed by the Court, says that the producer has amounts to be received under the contract with Alesp and that, given the blockade in favor of a bank, it requested the conversion of the attachment based on the food nature of the labor funds.

“At the same time, a letter was sent to Alesp requesting that, after possible judicial release of the blocked amounts and settlement of the outstanding amounts owed to Fundac, the full allocation of resources to the payment of workers’ severance pay be authorized,” says the office.

“It is reiterated that the judicial administration acts with total transparency and absolute priority in the protection of labor rights.”
