The singers from the Twiins duo Veronika and Daniela Nízlové let their mouths loose at the twelfth annual Czech-Slovak Ball, which took place on February 7 in the beautiful premises of the art nouveau Municipal House in Prague. It was heard that single mothers took good care of their daughters. Nea was with her father Matúš Kolárovský, and Linda was with her grandparents.
The most famous Slovak the twins revealed that they no longer live together. They moved into the house in Tlmačy in 2022. Veronika admitted that she currently lives there alone. When Daniela was asked if she was staying with a friend, she smiled lovingly and just nodded. However, she did not want to reveal more details. “Leave it alone. Don’t ask,” she immediately warmed up to the journalist.
A mysterious new man has been in her life for over a year, so she’s looking forward to better times. “Even for the wedding,” said Lindy’s mother, who is with soccer player Stan Lobotka, eloquently. Nízlová was tight-lipped when asked about her new boyfriend. Finally, she revealed one more small detail. “For three years the poor man tried for me,” said Daniela.
They have one big principle in music
Big musical things are in store for the sisters this year. They told Koktejl.sk more about it. “We are recording a lot, a lot, a lot, because we will actually be celebrating forty, thirty years on the scene, and after 20 years we are actually recording an album in Slovak. We loaded up. And we write the lyrics ourselves. We assumed that the whole thing would also be true. That what we simply experienced will be in those lyrics,” the singers from the duo Twiins zoomed in.
They want to make their music according to their own rules. They emphasize our native language. “I say that I love Slovak, so let’s actually work with it. Now we are going to write texts in general. Here you have a long one and something short. So write it. And you have to keep it. I don’t like this at all even today, when these texts and songs are written and that it’s scattered,” said Veronika Nízlová. “I usually have to watch the subtitles with young performers because I don’t understand what they’re singing about,” added Daniela.
They have one big principle in music. And they strongly reject certain things. “Yes, that too. But normally it sometimes makes me tear up. And I say that we don’t want to have this in our work. And someone will not understand us and that someone will strain their ears. I say no. We will pronounce beautifully all the time and there will be no subtitles under us, as under other performers. And actually we say that it’s fine, he will understand us and we will have beautiful texts written. So, actually, we’re working really, really hard on it right now,” concluded Veronika Nízlová.
