Bad Mitterndorf – The Tyrolean Stephan Embacher narrowly missed his first World Cup victory at the Kulm. The 20-year-old super team Olympic champion had to bow to season dominator and world champion Domen Prevc from Slovenia by 1.1 points in ski flying on Saturday after leading at halftime. An ÖSV trio with Jonas Schuster, Daniel Tschofenig and Maximilian Ortner followed a long way behind in places three to five. Stefan Kraft, who won World Cup gold in Bad Mitterndorf two years ago, came 16th.
