Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of boneless pork loin,
  • salt and freshly ground pepper,
  • 2 eggs,
  • approx. cup of potato flakes,
  • 2-3 tablespoons of wheat flour,
  • oil or lard (for frying).

How to do it:

1. Pound the pork loin into thin cutlets. Sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides.

2. Pour flour on one plate, potato flakes on another, and add eggs to a bowl and beat them. If the petals are dense or very large, you can crush them slightly with your hand.

3. Heat the fat in a pan.

4. Dip each slice first in flour, then in egg, and finally thoroughly in potato flakes, pressing the breading lightly.

5. Fry in well-heated fat for a few minutes on each side, until the breading is golden and crispy, and the meat inside is ready.

6. After frying, drain the cutlets on a paper towel.
