Ingredients list:
- 100 g sera feta,
- 1-2 egg,
- half an avocado,
- optional favorite vegetables (e.g. tomato, lettuce, pepper, cucumber)
- chilli flakes,
- salt and pepper,
- tortilla.
Place feta cheese in a heated pan, then add an egg or two.
Sprinkle the cheese and egg with a pinch of pepper, salt and chili flakes.
Cover the pan for a moment to allow the egg to set.
During this time, you can prepare the tortilla – heat it up, then crush the avocado on it. Put eggs and feta cheese on the tortilla, and before wrapping it, you can add your favorite vegetables – e.g. tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce.
