D An example of this feeling occurred this Thursday (5), when Ligia Toneto, chief of staff of PT president, Edinho Silva, posted a message of support for the federation in a group that brings together members of the party’s national directory. There was criticism of the proposal.
The main point of repair is the fact that the federation with PSOL has not been the subject of in-depth debate in party bodies. The proposal has the support of Edinho, who recorded a video defending it, with the argument that the right is uniting, and it is up to the left to do the same.
This Saturday (7), the PSOL management meets to debate the proposal, whose main defender is minister Guilherme Boulos, from the General Secretariat. The tendency, however, is to reject the initiative.
