According to the lawsuit, the former athlete traveled to the state of Acre on February 15th, just four days after the benefit was granted.
The measure contradicted the court order that established that he could not leave the state without prior authorization from the Criminal Execution Court.
In the decision, judge Rafael Estrela Nóbrega stated that the conduct demonstrated disregard for the conditions imposed for compliance with the benefit.
Trip to Acre
Bruno’s trip to Acre is related to his return to the pitch. On February 15, he arrived in the state to reinforce Vasco-AC. It was regularized in the CBF’s Daily Information Bulletin (BID) three days later.

When he introduced himself, on the 11th, Bruno stated “I was here today at the Rio de Janeiro Court of Justice to update what was already updated, my address”.
