Eggs are an easy product to work with, and thanks to their mild taste, they go well with most additives. If your home has not had a tradition of preparing such a dish for the holidays and you want to start it, you are faced with a difficult choice. Try it first eggs with horseradish stuffingafter all, horseradish is also a symbol of Easter.

To prepare this recipe, you will need:

  • 6 eggs,
  • 2 tablespoons of horseradish,
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
  • 1 tablespoon of sour cream (18%),
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard,
  • ½ teaspoon of sweet pepper,
  • salt, pepper (to taste),
  • radish sprouts (for decoration).

Boil the eggs hard. Once heated to room temperature, place in lukewarm water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 8 minutes from the moment the water boils. Cool the boiled eggs in cold water and cut them into halves. Carefully scoop out the yolks from the whites and place them in a bowl.

Mash the yolks with a fork. Mix with horseradish, mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Fill the egg white halves with the yolk paste. Sprinkle with sweet pepper.

Put the eggs in the fridge. Once they have cooled down, place them on a platter and serve, decorated with radish sprouts.
