A traffic accident occurred on the D1 highway in the direction of Bratislava on Wednesday. The right and middle lanes are currently impassable. The Bratislava regional police informs about it on the social network. “In the said section, a column of vehicles was formed approximately four kilometers long,” states the police.
The police are currently documenting the circumstances of the accident, at the same time directing traffic in the given section, which is conducted only in the left lane. When passing through the section, drivers are urged to be more careful and respect the instructions of the police, or to use alternative routes. The police also remind drivers that when driving on the highway, they should pay full attention to driving the vehicle and keep a safe distance from other road users.
