Encouraged, Coritiba beats Remo and places in the G4 of the Brasileirão

O Coritiba won the Remo 1-0 on Sunday night (15), at Couto Pereira, in a match valid for the sixth round of the Championship Brazilian.

The only goal of the match was scored by Pedro Rocha in the 23rd minute of the first half, after a beautiful cross from JP Chermont from the right.

Coritiba dominated the actions in the first half, creating the best opportunities and controlling ball possession with 62%.

In the final stage, Remo pressed in search of a draw and shot 11 times on goal, but ran into good saves from goalkeeper Pedro Rangel.
