CLP sees progress towards end of retirement as punishment for judge – 03/22/2026 – Panel

For the CLP (Public Leadership Center), a non-profit entity dedicated to the development of public leadership, the maximum punishment for judges who commit serious disciplinary infractions corrects a historical distortion and represents a relevant step in strengthening institutions.
