Embraer makes demonstration flight of flying car in the interior of SP

A Embraer performed a demonstration flight of the eVTOL, a prototype “flying car”, this Wednesday (25), during the

The aerial vehicle, aimed at urban air mobility, is developed by Eve Air Mobility, a subsidiary company of Embraer, with financing of R$1.2 billion from BNDES.

The eVTOL completed an unmanned flight for the first time and the testing program will continue throughout 2026. It is expected to be ready to take off by 2027.

Eve Air Mobility will set up the flying car production unit in Taubaté, in the interior of São Paulo.
