Videos taken by security cameras show a couple and a man being robbed by the so-called “chain gang”, in the Central Region of São Paulo. The images are being analyzed by the São Paulo Civil Police.
According to the São Paulo Public Security Secretariat, the Civil Police remains available to victims to formalize the police report.
