Retailer improved R$280 million compared to 2024 in continued operations; sales per store grew 7.8%
A recorded a net profit from continued operations of R$98 million in 2025. The value represents an improvement of around R$280 million compared to the 2024 fiscal year, when disregarding the extraordinary accounting effects of the haircuts (debt forgiveness) of the judicial recovery. The net loss was R$44 million in the 4th quarter of 2025, according to the result released this Wednesday (25th March 2026). The loss represents a significant reduction compared to the same period in 2024, when the retailer recorded a loss of R$586 million.
The operating result measured by adjusted EBITDA was R$276 million in the period. The indicator showed an increase of 1.9% over the 4th quarter of the previous year. Same-store gross sales grew 7.8%. The company ended 2025 with 1,470 stores, 906 of which were conventional and 564 in the format “express”.
Net revenue last year was R$12.3 billion. The number represents a slight drop of 1.2% compared to the R$12.4 billion reported in 2024
As of 2024, the retailer operates 1,587 locations and claims to have more than 40 million active customers.
