The town of Barão de São João, in the municipality of Lagos, once again marks the Easter season with the XXII Folar and Crafts Fair, between the 3rd and 5th of April.
The event, with free entry, presents a diverse program, aimed at different audiences.
Over the course of three days, the initiative transforms the village into a space to celebrate Algarve culture.
According to the organization, the event highlights folar, regional sweets, crafts, gastronomy and continuous entertainment.
Music and entertainment for all ages
The program includes concerts, traveling entertainment, puppet shows and showcooking sessions.
Among the confirmed names are João Leote, Joana Almeirante and Humberto Silva, in addition to the presentation by the Orquestra Ligeira de Lagos and several local projects.
Activities reinforce family character
The venue will have an area dedicated to children, with folklore workshops in the Barão ConVida Space, traditional games and various interactive experiences.
