During a session at the Legislative Assembly of Acre (Aleac), the state deputy paid tribute to firefighter Isnard, who drowned while carrying out his profession. On the occasion, the parliamentarian requested a minute of silence in memory of the soldier, highlighting the commitment and risk assumed daily by public security professionals.
In addition to the tribute, Tadeu presented Indication No. 381/2026, which proposes forwarding to the Executive Branch a draft law to establish, within the scope of the Military Fire Brigade of the State of Acre (CBMAC), the Organic Compensation Indemnity for Hyperbaric Activity and Biological Agents (IOC – Diving).
The proposal aims to recognize and financially compensate firefighters who work in diving operations, which are considered high risk and involve exposure to extreme conditions and harmful agents.

During his speech, the deputy highlighted the need to transform recognition into concrete actions. “It’s not enough to just mourn. We need to guarantee dignified conditions and recognition for these professionals who put their own lives at risk to save others”, he stated.
According to Tadeu Hassem, the initiative seeks to value military personnel who perform specialized functions within the corporation, in addition to strengthening the protection structure for public security professionals in the state.
The indication now goes to the State Government for analysis, which will be able to assess the feasibility of implementing the measure.
