The current management of the Federal Police reviewed the conclusion of the investigation that had found undue interference by the then President of the Republic Jair Bolsonaro in the corporation and concluded, for the second time, that there is no evidence of the commission of crimes in the case.
The Minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) Alexandre de Moraes had ordered the reopening of the case, which had been opened after Sergio Moro’s resignation from the Ministry of Justice, when he said he had been pressured by the president to change command positions in the corporation.
