Scary news: DPRK conducted another series of missile tests, Kim personally supervised them

  • The latest North Korean missile tests were personally supervised by leader Kim Jong-un.

North Korea conducted another series of missile tests on Sunday, including the launch of strategic cruise missiles and anti-ship missiles. The North Korean state agency KCNA informed about this on Tuesday, writes TASR according to the report of the DPA agency.

According to the KCNA agency, the projectiles were fired from the Chö Hyon-class destroyer unveiled last year. North Korean leader Kim Jong-un personally supervised the tests.

The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea has already conducted tests of various military technologies this month including a tactical ballistic missile warhead with cluster ammunition, graphite bombs, a short-range mobile anti-aircraft missile system or an electromagnetic weapon system.

According to the DPA agency, the tests may be triggered by the situation in the Middle East. By launching missiles, North Korea repeatedly violates UN Security Council resolutions that prohibit the isolated country from launching or testing ballistic missiles of any range.
