Graz – The fire in a truck with a wood chip machine and an adjacent wood storage facility kept the fire brigade busy in Graz-Puntigam on Saturday. The column of smoke was clearly visible from afar and several emergency calls were received. The fire department reported that 28 firefighters from the professional fire department were involved in extinguishing operations with eight vehicles, which required heavy respiratory protection.
