O Critics Choice Awards announced this Monday (20) the official date and location of the 2027 ceremony. Through a post on Instagram, the event organizers confirmed that they had renewed, for another two years, the contract with the Versant studio for the live broadcast of the event.
Next year, the awards will return to the Barker Hanger in Santa Monica, California, USA, for the third year in a row. The announcement of the nominees is scheduled for Friday, December 4th this year.
The organizers also confirmed that the format of the award will follow the same as in recent editions, combining honors and recognition from the film and television industries.
and valued artists in an unprecedented way, including: Best Variety Show, Best Design Stunt, Best Sound and Best Cast and Direction de Casting. The addition marked a way of recognizing content and talents involved in different audiovisual roles, such as stunt performers and sound professionals.
Critics Choice is considered one of the main barometers for oeo, giving a great indicator of what can be considered by the Academy.
