More passengers on Wiener Linien last year, but not a record number

Wiener Linien took stock of the year 2025 on Monday. In the previous year, 903 million passengers were recorded: That is a slight increase compared to 2024, announced managing director Alexandra Reinagl. However, the passenger record from pre-Corona times has not yet been reached despite the expansion of the public transport network: in 2019 there were 966 million passengers.
