Majself brings music icons together in new song “THANK YOU”. The climax will be his lifetime Special Show

New song “THANK YOU” is proof that powerful moments in music don’t have to be years in the making. On the contrary – sometimes they come unexpectedly, naturally and with an energy that cannot be planned. In the case of this new product, the right people came together at the right time and the result is a collaboration that feels sincere, emotional and at the same time very natural. “It came about very spontaneously, you could say over the course of the last 3 weeks. The universe probably stood by it a little too,” he says Majself, who admits that coordinating the time of three busy performers is more extraordinary than ordinary.

The choice of guests was not accidental. “They fit into the composition in such a way that I can’t imagine absolutely anyone else,” explains. At the same time, he adds that both Desmod and Kali are among his long-standing musical role models. “It’s an honor for me… THANK YOU is a song that has both heart and soul.” The response to the cooperation from mega successful colleagues was immediate. “The guys reacted positively and especially quickly,” he adds with thanks.

Recording without complications, but with an exceptional result

The creation process took place gradually, but extremely smoothly. Majself recorded his style first, then sent it to Kuly, who recorded the chorus during a visit to Nitra. The final part of the puzzle was added by Kali in Bratislava. “I was hoping that the song would appeal to him…his style is perfect and for me one of the best I’ve heard on the airwaves in a while,” describes Majself.

Other names also participated in the song – the text was created in collaboration with Nia and Kali, the production was covered by Fillipian and Rebell, while the guitar lines were provided by Adam Mičinec from Desmod.

The song carries a strong personal message. “It is our expression of gratitude… not only to close people, but to life as such,” vMajself explains but goes even deeper: “After everything I’ve been through, I’m thankful for every single day. For every moment on stage… also for all the experiences. Both the good ones and the tough ones.”

An authentic video clip instead of a big production

The video clip was created as spontaneously as the song itself. The idea was straight from Majself, who was looking for a way to capture the energy of the song without unnecessary pomp. It was filmed in Bratislava’s LVGNC studio and the whole process lasted only two hours. Director Marek Smržík had less than 20 hours to prepare. “I didn’t need a big story clip, but something authentic, with a pleasant energy,” brings Myself closer

Final Countdown: Only a few days until Majself’s life project

In a few days, the musical experience that Majself has been focusing on for several months will break out. Preparations for the special evening that will take place April 24, 2026 in Bratislava’s Edison Parkare in full swing and leave nothing to chance. “I train every single day… I want to give absolutely everything on stage,” he says. But at the same time, he admits that he tries to stay in the present and enjoy the whole process: “It’s a celebration for me that this event is happening at all.”

More than 30 songs will be played at the concert, and fans can prepare for it now. Majself released the “Playlist” project, of which 12 tracks are currently out and which serves as a taste of what will be heard live. “I made that one just so people could get a feel for what exactly will be played at the show,” explains.

The evening will include a strong line-up of guests – Tina, Desmod, Nela Pocisková, Jan Bendig, Refew, together with Nia, Fillipian and Jaroslav Oláh will appear on stage. The atmosphere will be complemented by dancers from RDS Souljam and support performed by Alya. “I believe in special moments and I have known for a long time that my special show will be exactly one of them. It is my first show of this kind and the first time is always special. I will leave my whole soul, heart and voice on stage.” Majsel confesses at the end.
