The Hague – The International Criminal Court (ICC) has cleared the way for a trial against ex-President of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte. As the court in The Hague announced, the judges unanimously confirmed all charges of murder and attempted murder. The evidence is sufficient to open the main proceedings. The 81-year-old is accused of crimes against humanity in the state’s “war on drugs.”
