An unusual moment that interrupted the broadcast of the game between Sporting CP and AVS Futebol SAD gave rise to something to talk about, but not everything circulating on social media corresponds to reality.
During the report issued by CMTV, the sound of commentator Jorge Amaral’s cell phone ended up interrupting the transmission, in an episode that quickly went viral.
However, with the popularity of the video, manipulated versions also began to appear, with fake audios that do not match the original moment. Faced with the confusion, the broadcaster itself decided to release the actual recording, clarifying what actually happened.
The episode, which was already caricatured in nature, thus gained a new dimension, fueled by the dissemination of altered content that confused many users on digital platforms.
