“Their drone factories are about 82% closed. Their missile factories are almost 90% closed,” the US president noted.
However, Trump also referred to a possible withdrawal of US forces from Italy and Spain, as they have not helped the US in the war: “I might consider withdrawing US troops from Italy and Spain… not just from Germany. Why not;” he stated. “Italy didn’t help us at all, while Spain was unacceptable — absolutely unacceptable.”
