Loneliness is no longer just a thing for older people: according to the World Health Organization (WHO) it already affects 17% of people under 30 years of age in Europe. In a context marked by precariousness, the pressure of social networks and the difficulty of building stable links, of first-order public health, which impacts mental health, social cohesion and even democratic stability.
This program is produced by the ARTE channel and is distributed in 10 languages thanks to the BEAM project, in which, in addition to EL PAÍS, there are Balkan Insight, Synopsis (Rumania), Gazeta Wyborcza (Poland), International (Italia), And (Latvia), Kathimerini (Greece),The evening (Belgium) and Telex (Hungary).
