Last minute changes in one of the most ambitious urban plans in Catalonia, that of the future, in , next to the river and on the seafront. On the one hand, the rise due to climate change forces us to take more demanding measures: the most striking, raising the main street three meters, so that water does not reach it in the event of a flood. On the other hand, the need to gain affordable housing has led the Government to open the door to densifying the buildings to add up to a hundred more, which would be achieved by making them a few meters smaller or reducing common areas.
