Former president Jair Bolsonaro presents good clinical evolution after undergoing surgery on his right shoulder. The health status update was released early this Sunday afternoon (3) by the DF Star hospital, in Brasília.

The former president, who is under house arrest for attempted coup d’état after the 2022 elections, complained of recurrent pain that required daily use of analgesics.
Bolsonaro’s defense asked for authorization for the former president to undergo surgery on April 21and the Minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) Alexandre de Moraes allowed it on the 30th of the same month.
