Shock in the plenum! Prochko denied the family tragedy of the Smerák MP: Hyenism! Gygániková let him eat it

The atmosphere during negotiations in the National Council of the Slovak Republic is often heated. History remembers not only sharp verbal fights, but also physical conflicts or display of various banners. In the last period, a new phenomenon became the filming of events directly in the hall, which MPs subsequently use as content for their social networks.

This time she documented the situation in the parliament MP Jana Bittó Cigániková, which was expelled from the SaS at the end of April. “I hugged the meter. Not because I agreed with her policy, but because MP Matejičková lost her father, unfortunately. Mr. Prochko allowed himself to use his death as a weapon in a political contest. Disgusting!” she said in an Instagram video on the last day of April. You can find it at the beginning of the article.

Zuzana Matejičková lost her father Vladimír Matejička († 69) on December 13, 2025. He was also a member of parliament in the past. Jozef Prochko used this sad news in his speech, which he addressed to her. “If my father was dying, I wouldn’t be here in the plenary, but I would hold his hand. When you believe Fico’s side, when you kiss his hands, you sacrifice your own father and time to be with him, just to protect Fico’s interests.” he declared in plenary.

After the meeting, the Smer-SD member of parliament did not leave the incident alone and decided to explain to the former entertainer directly in the hall that he had crossed the line. She found support from Jana Bittó Cigániková. “I’m filming it now because I’m on her side. Show yourself, Mr. Prochko,” the deputy asked him, while she was recording him on her mobile phone the whole time.

The politician seemed uncertain. “Please, can you cancel Mrs. Gypsy? She’s filming in the hall,” he shouted to the plenum, but his words went unanswered. “You’re filming too,” Matejičková shoved in his face. It is publicly known that right Prochko is one of the deputies who most often pulls out his mobile phone in the hall to record every drama, conflict or exchange of views with coalition partners.

“Isn’t it humanly stupid to mention her father?” asked the former Liberal member. “Please, can you send Mrs. Gypsy away?” he again called on those present. He did not receive a response this time either.

“At least you know what it’s like, Mr. Prochko. How do you feel, huh?” she asked him out of curiosity. “Ms. Cigániková, I feel great,” he replied nervously, trying to leave, but Matejičková blocked his way. “Look into my eyes,” she challenged him. “Shame, Prochko, shame on you,” Cigániková shouted at him when he finally got out of the place.

Cigániková described the course of the confrontation in the hall and highlighted the behavior of her colleague. “In the plenary session, the lady MP really stood up with all honor. A strong woman. She came up to him, looked into his eyes, didn’t scream. She just clearly showed him that he crossed all lines. But then she withdrew from the cameras. I followed her and found an injured woman – a daughter with tears in her eyes, shaking voice and hands. Ordinary human pain,” she stated.

Subsequently, she harshly criticized the behavior of Jozef Proček and his movement. “This is no longer politics, it’s hyenism. I don’t care what side he’s on, but this is insanely cruel. The worst part is that it is done by those who speak the loudest about morality, good and bad. Mr. Prochko and all the Matovičs, of course, see themselves as the good, the best. No, a person who does this has no values, not even the basic human ones.” she added indignantly.

In conclusion, she emphasized that in such moments, political interests must be put aside. “I don’t agree with Zuzana Matejičková on almost anything, but this is not right and it must be loudly condemned, even if it concerns the opposition. This has nothing to do with a fair political struggle and, by the way, with humanity.” she concluded.
