As Iranian authorities released The 2023 Nobel Peace Prize laureate is on bail Narges Mohammadiwho was transferred to Tehran to receive medical treatment, announced this Sunday (10) its foundation.
After ten days of hospitalization in Zanjan, in northern Iran, where he was serving his sentence, Mohammadi “benefited from a suspension of his sentence in exchange for considerable bail”, said the foundation in a statement.
Narges Mohammadi was transferred by ambulance to a hospital in Tehran “to be treated by your own medical team”, he added.
