The My AL.MAR restaurant returns on May 15th to Praia da Rocha Baixinha, in Vilamoura, for another season dedicated to Mediterranean cuisine by the sea.
The space, belonging to the Hilton Vilamoura – As Cascatas Golf Resort & SPA, once again focuses on a relaxed experience that combines Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, cocktails and a beach atmosphere.

Open daily between 10:00 and 17:30, the restaurant aims to establish itself as a space for socializing and leisure throughout the summer months.
According to the hotel unit, My AL.MAR invites visitors to enjoy “long lunches by the sea, long afternoons and moments of pure relaxation”.
New menu focuses on light and fresh flavors
The new menu was created by chef André Simões and favors fresh ingredients and light flavors, designed for hot summer days.
Gastronomic suggestions include shrimp tempurá, octopus à lagareiro and tuna belly with onion sauce and sweet potato.
The menu also includes more relaxed options like baos, pizzas and burgers, designed for sharing or casual dining.
The offer also includes vegetarian alternatives, tapas, starters and grilled dishes.
Cocktails and relaxed beachfront vibe
The drinks menu includes refreshing cocktails, sangrias and several non-alcoholic options to accompany summer days at the beach. The concept of the space is reflected in the name of the restaurant itself.
According to the organization, “Al” refers to the Arabic heritage present in words like Algarve, while “Alma” represents “the energy, vivacity and emotions that define each moment lived”.

“Sea” evokes “the constant dynamics of life and the natural setting where everything happens”.
Space wants to assert itself as a meeting point
He states that “being at My AL.MAR is more than a meal: it is an invitation to fill your soul with good sensations”.

With a privileged location on Praia da Rocha Baixinha, the restaurant aims to once again establish itself as a meeting point during the Algarve summer.
The space focuses on a combination of gastronomy, landscape and relaxation by the sea.
