The National Federation of Professional and Self-Employed Motorcycle Workers criticized the provisional measure issued by the president (PT) that removed the mandatory theoretical course and minimum age to provide motorcycle freight services. The entity classified the measure as a setback and suppression of rights.
The entity is affiliated with Força Sindical. In a statement against the government, the federation says that there was no dialogue or consultation with the category. And he states that, from now on, any 18-year-old, without preparation and training, will be able to work professionally.
