Rio Grande do Sul journalist Rodrigo Saccone will leave the press office of the senator’s campaign (PL-RJ). Earlier, publicist Marcello Lopes, known as Marcelão, by Flávio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) to make way for Eduardo Fischer.
Saccone goes to advise Flávio’s campaign coordinator, (PL-RN). Other changes to the senator’s team will be made when Fisher takes over.

Regarding Paulo Calixto’s office, Eduardo stated that “the office only takes care of the bureaucratic, financial and legal management of resources” and said that he was the one who introduced Calixto to Mario Frias “for knowing your competence”.

On Tuesday (May 19, 2026), the senator confirmed that he had met with the owner of Banco Master, Daniel Vorcaro, after the businessman had been arrested by the Federal Police for the first time, at the end of 2025. According to Flávio, the meeting in São Paulo was just to put an “end” to the relationship with Vorcaro.
