Villach – A fire broke out in a Carinthian care facility in Lind ob Velden (Villach district) on Friday. According to the Carinthian Red Cross, everyone could be evacuated from the building by evening. Around 20 patients were transported to surrounding hospitals with injuries of an unspecified degree. The remaining 34 injured people initially reported by the Red Cross were cared for on site by the crisis intervention team.
