Celina Leão: Ibaneis is misogynistic, he thought he was a puppet – 05/27/2026 – Politics

The governor of , Celina Leão (PP), stated that her predecessor, (), thought he would be at the head of the government through her, accused him of misogyny and said that she never considered leaving him out of her ticket.

Celina said she was taken by surprise last week when he said he was disappointed in her and suggested a “realignment” between the two. The governor stated that she is facing the BRB, the district bank, without attacks, and that he should be proud.
