Case allegedly happened in March and involved up to 10 boys, all minors, who allegedly recorded sexual relations
The São Paulo Civil Police investigates a gang rape against a 14 year old teenagerpracticed in the east zone of the capital of São Paulo. The case happened in March, but was registered this week at the 8th Police Station for the Defense of Women (DDM).
The victim is disabled and the attacks would have been committed by up to 10 boysall minors. They would have recorded sexual relations and the young woman’s mother discovered the case after seeing the images circulating on the internet.
In a statement, the Public Security Secretariat (SSP) stated that the police are carrying out efforts to clarify the facts. “Details will be preserved as they involve minors and because it is a sexual crime,” says the statement.
Unprotected childhood
The police investigate another case of gang rape against two childrenof 7 and 10 yearsresidents of the União de Vila Nova community, also in the east zone of São Paulo. The attacks were committed on April 21 by one adult and four other teenagerswho lured the victims into a property.
A video was also recorded by the attackers to record the abuse and was later shared on social media.
In the recording, it is possible to see that the children cry and insistently ask those being investigated to stop the attacks. The Secretary of State Public Security, Nico Gonçalves, even said that he was unable to see the images until the end due to the brutality.
O adult involved in the case is arrested and the four underage youths were apprehended. The defenses were not located. Until the last update on the case, the police said that the investigations were not yet complete and ruled out the possibility of other people being involved in the case.
