Lagoa City Hall hosts, on May 31st and June 1st, the first edition of InBeauty Algarve, a professional fair dedicated to the aesthetics, cosmetics, hair, nails, makeup and wellness sectors, which takes place at the Lagoa Congress Center.
Promoted by Exponor – Porto International Fair, the event marks the arrival in the Algarve of an initiative nationally recognized for organizing specialized events in the area of beauty.
The choice of Lagoa to host this new fair is seen by the city hall as reinforcing the city’s positioning as a reference destination for business tourism and for holding national and international professional events.
Congress Center reinforces strategic role
The holding of InBeauty Algarve is part of the municipal strategy to enhance and boost the Lagoa Congress Center, consolidating this equipment as an infrastructure designed to host congresses, conventions, fairs and specialized events throughout the year.
According to the municipality, this investment aims to increase the attractiveness of the municipality, boost the local economy and contribute to reducing tourist seasonality by attracting new audiences and market segments.
Beauty, innovation and networking highlighted
The inaugural edition of the fair has as its central theme “Skin Longevity”, a concept associated with the promotion of preventative habits to combat aging, skin health care and enhancement of well-being.
The event features a large exhibition area, technical demonstrations, presentations of products, equipment and industry trends, as well as competitions and networking moments aimed at brands, professionals and decision-makers in the areas of beauty, hospitality and wellness.
According to the organization, the strong interest shown by the market is reflected in the high occupancy rate of the exhibition space, which is currently practically sold out.
With this initiative, the Municipality of Lagoa intends to continue to affirm the Congress Center as a multifunctional space prepared to host large-scale and quality events, simultaneously reinforcing the municipality’s notoriety in the tourism, business and well-being sectors.
InBeauty Algarve takes place between 10am and 6pm, at the Lagoa Congress Center.
