Home rents have fallen 2.9% over the past year. But buying a house in Portugal costs 3,142 euros/m2.

Lisboa remains the most expensive city to rent a house, with a median price of 21.8 euros/m2. White Castle (7.4 euros/m2) is the most accessible district capital in this context.
