Triunfo announced on Tuesday night (2) that it concluded the sale of the Três Irmãos Hydroelectric Plant, in Andradina (SP), to Axia Energia (formerly Eletrobras).
In total, the operation cost R$256 million, according to Axia.
“The plant also has civil structures already built for the installation of three additional generating units, enabling future expansion of its installed capacity,” said the company in a statement.
With the completion of the operation, Axia now owns 100% of the plant’s operations, which has 808 MW of installed capacity.
