Nela Pocisková is considered by many to be a versatile artist. She entered the world of show business at a young age. When she was 14, she performed in the musical Don’t Take the Princess from Us. However, after many years in the spotlight, Nela took a break from singing and devoted herself only to acting. However, after a break of more than 10 years, she returned to singing and is thrilled.
At the beginning of October 2024, she launched the studio album Cesta, which contains 14 songs of different genres and musical tastes. She presented her album on a concert mini-tour, with which she visited Prešov, Košice, Bratislava and Tatranská Lomnica in December. She chose her colleague Celeste Buckingham as the godmother of the Cesta album, who baptized Nela’s second authorship with water.
After long hours in the studio, Nela is looking forward to the next album. On Thursday, June 4, she christened her new album NEDOKONALA. “At first I thought I would only do it for invited people and my loved ones, and then I thought, why shouldn’t there be people who give me energy on stage and who support me?” she wrote at the end of May on the social network and announced to her fans that they can buy tickets for this unique event.
Nela spoke to her supporters a day before the release of the album and its christening and revealed to them what they can look forward to. “I am extremely happy and hope that everything will turn out according to our expectations,” she did not hide her mild concerns. She thanked everyone who contributed to the work. She also posted some shots from the last rehearsals. You can find the VIDEO at the beginning of the article.
After the official release of the album, she was overcome with emotions. “I’m sitting in the car and crying from happiness. I’m listening to the new album and I probably don’t know a better feeling,” she described a moment that few can imagine.
“Two years of work and a lot of energy spent in the studio, music that I love and always wanted to make. In the lyrics, my life, my feelings and my heart. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that his music lives as long as possible.” she wrote words full of hope. PHOTO can be found in the gallery.
