The Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, discussed by telephone earlier this Saturday, the 13th, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait, Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, about deepening their countries’ cooperation in implementing the peace agreement between the United States and Iran.
According to information from the official Qatar News Agency (QNA), both expressed satisfaction with the progress in negotiations mediated by Pakistan so that the confrontation that has been going on for more than three months can be brought to an end as soon as possible.
In addition to celebrating diplomatic progress, Sheikh Mohammed and Sheikh Jarrah reaffirmed their unconditional support for ongoing efforts to resolve outstanding issues through dialogue and peaceful means.
They emphasized throughout the conversation the importance of these efforts in strengthening peace and stability, both regionally and globally.
