It’s one of those early summer days when the heat has Vienna firmly in its grip. The thermometer is showing over 30 degrees on this Saturday afternoon, the air is standing between the facades of the city center, the asphalt is radiating the heat back. Anyone who moves through the historic center of the federal capital on this day will hardly be able to miss the FPÖ. The party has occupied two of the most symbolic places in the republic: Stephansplatz and the Hofburg.
