Moraes maintained his testimony, but said the investigation was extended at the request of the PGR, the holder of the criminal action. According to the rapporteur, the witness would then be entitled to silence.
“In fact, PET 11552 did not end its purposes. It was given a last deadline. So the investigations continue. I see here that the deponent is investigated and is quoted in several testimonials of witnesses and other investigated.
So, in the same way, I already warn the deponent that he is entitled to silence and non -self -incrimination, may refuse to respond to any question, “he said.
