CPI will appeal a decision of the STF that release ‘Bald of the INSS’ to testify on the commission

Both the “Bald of the INSS” (on Monday, 15) and Maurício Camisotti (on Thursday, 18) were scheduled to testify this week

The Parliamentary Committee of Inquiry (CPI) of the National Institute of Social Security (INSS) will appeal the decision of the Supreme Court Minister André Mendonça, who released Antonio Carlos Camilo Antunes, the “Bald of the INSS”, and businessman Maurício Camisotti to attend the collegiate.

The president of CPI, Senator Carlos Viana (Somos-MG), said that their presence is “fundamental”. “It is crucial that they will attend so that we can clarify, faster, everything that happened. I respect the decision of the minister, but I consider it unjustifiable to allow them not to testify,” he said.

Both the “Bald of the INSS” (on Monday, 15) and Camisotti (on Thursday, 18) were scheduled to testify this week.
