Pour the beaten eggs into the pasta with vegetables. You will make an amazing casserole for dinner

Pasta casserole with vegetables This is a dish that you can prepare in an oven-proof dish in just 10 minutes. The base is of course pastayou can use wheat, whole grain, and if you care about a lot of protein in your meals, choose the one made from chickpeas or peas. Now just add vegetables, it can be peppers, onions and chives. Pour everything over egg masssprinkle with cheese and put in the oven. A delicious and filling meal is ready.

To prepare this recipe, you will need:

  • 300 g of gimlet pasta,
  • a bunch of chives,
  • 1 small onion,
  • 1 red pepper,
  • 4 eggs,
  • 30 g of flour,
  • 100 g of grated yellow cheese (mild flavor),
  • 250 ml of cream 18%,
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard,
  • a pinch of ground sweet pepper,
  • a bit of granulated garlic,
  • salt and pepper.

You can also add other favorite additions, they will fit here tomatoes, finely chopped zucchini, olives or capers.

First, cook the gimlet pasta al dente. Strain and put it into a deep ovenproof dish.

Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them into medium-sized cubes. Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Chop the chives, they don’t have to be fine, they should be noticeable in the casserole.

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add flour and half of the grated cheese. Add cream, mustard, ground sweet pepper, granulated garlic, salt and pepper. Mix everything well with a whisk. Now gently mix in the peppers, onion and chives.

Pour the sauce with vegetables onto the previously placed pasta. Mix everything gently. Sprinkle the second portion of cheese on top.

Place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes.
