The chicken fillet prepared this way melts in your mouth. The secret is the green stuffing

Fillet with cheese and spinach are delicious chicken rolls filled with creamy spinach stuffing. The whole thing is full of flavor, expressiveness, but also nutrients. Chicken is a rich source of protein, and spinach is rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants, making this dish not only very tasty, but also healthy. Perfect for a family meal every day and for special occasions.

Before you start cooking, equip yourself with:

  • 3 double chicken breasts,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper,
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper.

Ingredients for the stuffing:

  • 100 g fresh spinach,
  • 100 g sera mozzarella,
  • 4 tablespoons of cream cheese,
  • 2 teaspoons of oregano,
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet pepper,
  • ½ teaspoon of granulated garlic,
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt,
  • 1 pinch of black pepper.

Additionally:

Ready chicken rolls you can serve with home fries and a light salad. It will fit well here too mashed potatoes and cooked vegetablesfor example borcula and merchewka.

Prepare the meat. Clean and dry the meat. Break the breasts into thin cutlets with a pestle, being careful not to tear the structure. Season the meat with sweet paprika, salt and pepper on all sides.

Prepare the stuffing. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for a minute, then drain and dry. Transfer the spinach to a bowl along with the grated mozzarella, cream cheese and spices to form a uniform paste.

Wrap the rolls. Place 1-2 tablespoons of filling on each chicken breast, then roll the meat tightly and secure with toothpicks.

Place the fillets with cheese and spinach in an ovenproof dish greased with oil and cover with aluminum foil. Put them in the oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes, then remove the cover and continue baking for another 10 minutes.

Serve the chicken with your favorite starch addition, warm, immediately after preparation. Store leftovers in the fridge and use within 3 days. Heat in the oven or in a pan.
