In the morning she was elected as the new President of the University Conference (Uniko). On Monday afternoon, Brigitte Hütter, Rector of the Linz University of Art, was able to officially present the result of the performance agreements for 2025 to 2027 together with Education Minister Martin Polaschek (ÖVP). A total of 16 billion euros will be distributed among the 23 public universities – 3.9 billion euros or around 30 percent more than in the last three years. These figures had been known since October 2023 because the performance period had to be reflected in the next financial framework.
