Research tested 2 scenarios: mayor of Maceió appears ahead in the 1st, Lula’s minister is best placed in the 2nd
A survey by Paraná Pesquisas released this Friday (Dec 12, 2025) shows that the mayor of Maceió, (PL), leads the dispute for the government of Alagoas. He has 47.6% of voting intentions, against 40.9% for the Minister of Transport (MDB).
The research also tested a 2nd scenario, without JHC. Renan Filho is the best placed, with 51.3%, followed by the deputy, (União Brasil-AL) with 34.7%. The advantages in both cases are above the margin of error of 2.2 percentage points.
Paraná Pesquisas interviewed 2,005 people from Alagoas in 64 municipalities in Alagoas from December 4 to 8, 2025. The margin of error is plus or minus 2.2 percentage points. The confidence level is 95%. Leia a (PDF – 384 kB).
